Something has shifted
YOU DON'T NEED TO BURN IT ALL DOWN. YOU DIDÂ EVERYTHINGÂ RIGHT.
You know how to work hard, make good decisions and get things done. You’ve built experience, expertise, relationships, perspective and a working life that may look perfectly successful from the outside.
But the version of success you spent your twenties and thirties building towards may no longer be the version you want to keep living.
Maybe you want more autonomy. More meaningful work. Greater economic independence. Something of your own. Or simply a different relationship with work altogether. You don’t need to have the answer yet.
That’s what the Identity Valuation is designed to help you work out.

Â
ONE SESSION. A CLEARER VIEW OF WHAT COMES NEXT.
The Identity Valuation is a private strategy session designed to take stock of where you are now before deciding where you go next.
Together, we’ll look at five areas of your life and work, where each one sits today, what you actually want it to look like, and the gap between the two.
Â
DIRECTION: What do you actually want now?
WORK: Does the way you work still fit the life you want?
IDENTITY: Who is the woman making the next decision?
AUTHORITY: What have you become unusually equipped to know, do or contribute?
MONEY & OPPORTUNITY: How could what you’ve built create greater income, choice and independence?
Â
This isn’t a test, and there is no “good” score. It gives us somewhere useful to begin.
Identity First
THE STRATEGY COMESÂ AFTERÂ
WE UNDERSTAND YOU
There are plenty of perfectly good career and business strategies. The more useful question is whether they are right for the person who has to live them.
This is why I bring a focused Human Design lens into the Identity Valuation.
Not to tell you who you are or prescribe what you should do, but to help us recognise some of the ways you naturally make decisions, work, communicate and create value — including strengths you may have spent years overriding or simply taking for granted.
We use what is useful, alongside what you already know about yourself, to make better strategic decisions about what comes next.
What comes next?
THERE ARE MORE WAYS TO WORK THAN WE WERE ORIGINALLY SHOWN.
Your next move doesn’t have to be another full-time role. And it doesn’t have to be quitting tomorrow to become an entrepreneur either.
You might stay employed while you build something alongside it. Consulting might become a bridge. You might create a service business around what you already know. Your ideas could become writing, advisory work, intellectual property or a body of work you become known for.
And if you already have a business, the question may be whether what you’ve built still reflects the woman you are now.
I’m less interested in fitting you into a model than I am in helping you work out what kind of working life you actually want — and the smartest way to begin building it.
What we’re really working towards.
A WORKING LIFE THAT LOOKS MORE LIKE YOURS.
WHO YOU ARE NOW
Get clearer on what matters to you now, how you make your best decisions, what you want more of and what you’re no longer willing to organise your life around.
WHAT YOU COULD BUILD
Connect the experience, expertise, perspective and ideas you’ve accumulated and begin to see what they could become when they’re no longer confined to a job title
HOW YOU WANT TO EARN
Explore how career, consulting, business, intellectual property or multiple streams of work could create the income, autonomy and opportunity you want.
Why The Identity Economist?
I SPENT MORE THAN A DECADE ASSESSING VALUE. NOW I APPLY THAT LENS DIFFERENTLY.
For twelve years, I worked as a licensed stockbroker. Over the past eight years, I’ve also been self-employed, built four businesses and exited two.
Across all of it, I became interested in a different kind of value.
The value women accumulate through years of work: experience, expertise, relationships, judgement, perspective, instinct, ideas and lived wisdom.
We accumulate these things slowly, often across jobs, businesses and different seasons of our lives. Because they don’t always fit neatly on a CV, we can underestimate what they amount to or fail to see what else they could become.
You may not need to start again. You may need to see what you’re already building from.
That is the idea behind The Identity Economist and the Identity Valuation.
What you’ll leave with.
CLARITY YOU CAN ACT ON.
You won’t leave with a five-year plan or a prescription for what your life should look like.
You will leave with a clearer picture of what still fits and what doesn’t, a different view of the value sitting inside your experience, and a more considered sense of what deserves your attention next.
The aim isn’t to figure out your entire future in an hour. It’s to make the next move easier to see.

FAQ
DO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I WANT TO DO NEXT?
No. That’s the point of the Identity Valuation. You can arrive with one clear idea, five competing ideas, or simply know that something about the way you’re living or working no longer fits. I’ll guide you through the process so you can get clearer on what you want and what deserves your attention next.
DO I HAVE TO WANT TO START A BUSINESS?
Not at all. Your next move might be a new role, consulting, something you build alongside your current work, a business of your own, a portfolio career, or a combination of several things. We’re not trying to force you into a particular model. We’re working out what kind of working life makes sense for you.
IS THIS A HUMAN DESIGN READING?
No. I don’t do traditional Human Design readings. I use Human Design as a tool for self-recognition, focusing only on the parts of your design that are most relevant to how you make decisions, work and create value. The goal isn’t to put you in another box. It’s to help you make better decisions about what comes next.
IS THIS REALLY FREE — AND IS IT A SALES CALL?
Yes. The full 60 minutes is about you — where you are, what you want next, and what we can uncover together. I love these sessions because there is value in the conversation itself. You’ll leave with more insight and clarity about yourself, whether or not we ever work together. At the end, if I believe I can help you with what we uncover, I’ll share what that support could look like. Then you can decide if it feels like the right next step.
